We want you to be obsessed with your Coconut Lane goodies, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unused condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original Coconut Lane packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still intact.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
